Franklin County Community Development Commission
The Franklin County Community Development Commission is composed of the representatives chosen by the Alabama State Legislators for Franklin County: Senator Larry Stutts and Representative Jamie Kiel. The Commission awards grants through the TVA In Lieu of Tax disbursement.
